摘要
为提高影像测量仪校准金属丝编织网试验筛的效率,提出了基于图像测量技术的测量方案。首先,对从影像测量仪采集到的图像进行滤波、形态学运算以及二值化等图像预处理操作;然后,针对试验筛的两种几何尺寸,分别采用基于Hough直线检测的方法测量平均丝径,并基于Canny边缘检测以及获取网孔最大外接矩形法来识别并测量最大的网孔尺寸。最后,基于设计的软件进行了实验分析与功能验证。
In order to improve the calibration’s efficiency of test sieves of metal wire cloth by image measurement instrument, a measurement scheme based on image measurement technology is proposed in this paper. Firstly, image preprocessing operations such as filtering, morphological operation and binarization are carried out for the images collected from the image measurement instrument. Secondly, in view of the two kinds of geometry size of test sieves, the average wire diameter is measured by method of Hough line detection. After Canny edge detection, the method of recognizing the mesh’s biggest external rectangle is chose to measure the largest mesh size. Finally, experimental analysis and functional verification are done with the designed software.
