跑道状态灯系统能够基于机场已有的场面监控系统实时数据,自动分析预测跑道与滑行道的使用状态,并且向相关人员发出灯光警示,对减少机场跑道侵入事件频次和降低其影响有显著作用。本文阐释了状态灯系统的构成、原理及其应用原则,探讨了机场管制人员及航空器、车辆驾驶人员面对灯光系统的警示应如何做出正确判断。

The runway state light system can automatically analyze and predict the use status of runway and taxiway based on the real-time data of the existing airport scene monitoring system, and issue light warning to relevant personnel, which has a significant effect on reducing the frequency of runway intrusion events and reducing its impact. This paper explains the composition, principle and application principle of the state light system, and discusses how Airport controllers, aircraft and vehicle drivers should make correct judgments when facing the warning of the light system.
