摘要
目的探讨新上岗护士心理弹性与护士长变革型领导行为的关系。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月间该院临床新上岗护士78名为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表、变革型领导风格问卷进行调查,分析新上岗护士心理弹性与护士长变革型领导行为之间的关系。结果该组新上岗护士的心理弹性处于较低水平,不同人口学特征新护士的心理弹性比较发现,只有不同科室之间,心理弹性评分差异有统计学意义;对比心理弹性高分组与低分组新护士对护士长变革型领导行为评价,发现心理弹性高分组的护士对护士长变革型领导行为评价明显高于低分组护士,且心理弹性各维度与护士长变革型领导行为各维度均呈正相关。结论新上岗护士心理弹性与护士长变革型领导行为之间关系密切,即变革型领导行为可影响下属的心理与行为变化,应重视护理管理者的变革型领导行为培养,以改善新上岗护士的心理状态。
Objective To explore the relationship between the psychological flexibility of newly recruited nurses and the change leadership behavior of head nurses.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,78 new clinical nurses in the hospital were selected.The survey was conducted using general data questionnaire,psychological flexibility scale and transformational leadership style questionnaire to analyze the psychological flexibility of newly recruited nurses,and the relationship between head nurses'transformational leadership behavior.Results The psychological resilience of the newly recruited nurses in this group was at a low level.The comparison of the psychological elasticity of the new nurses with different demographic characteristics found that there were only large differences in the psychological elasticity scores between different departments;comparing the high psychological flexibility group with the low group new nurses of the evaluation of change behavior of the head nurses;it was found that the nurses with high psychological flexibility group to the change leadership behavior of the head nurses was significantly higher than that of the low group nurses,and the dimensions of psychological flexibility were positively correlated with the dimensions of the head change behavior of the head nurses.Conclusion The psychological flexibility of newly recruited nurses is closely related to the change leadership behavior of head nurses.That is,the transformational leadership behavior can affect the psychological and behavioral changes of subordinates.The reform leadership behavior training of nursing managers should be emphasized to improve the newly recruited nurses'mental state.
