夜间督导模式构建对呼吸内科护理管理质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Night Supervision Mode Construction on the Quality of Respiratory Medicine Nursing Management

目的探究和分析夜间督导模式构建对呼吸内科护理管理质量的影响。方法选择该院呼吸内科自2018年1—12月期间招录的50名护理人员作为研究对象,采用单双号法对其进行分组,单号为对照组,双号为研究组,每组25名,对照组采用常规模式进行护理管理,研究组采用夜间督导模式进行护理管理,对比两组护理人员管理前后的综合护理质量评分、患者满意度评分及护理不良事件发生率。结果管理前,两组护理人员综合护理质量评分、患者满意度评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后,研究组护理人员综合护理质量评分、患者满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理管理中应用夜间督导模式对护理人员进行管理,不仅能全面提高其护理质量和患者满意度,还能有效降低护理不良事件发生率,从而保障临床护理安全。

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of night supervision mode construction on the quality of respiratory medical care management.Methods 50 nursing staff recruited from January to December 2018 in the hospital for respiratory medicine were grouped by single and double numbers.The single number was the control group and the double number was the research group.25 patients in the control group were treated with routine mode of nursing management.The study group used night-time supervision mode for nursing management,and compared the comprehensive nursing quality score,patient satisfaction score and incidence of nursing adverse events before and after management of the two groups of nursing staff.Results Before management,there was no statistically significant difference in the comprehensive nursing quality score and patient satisfaction score between the two groups of nursing staff.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After management,the nursing staff's comprehensive nursing quality score and patient satisfaction score were all after the management,significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of night supervision mode in the management of respiratory medicine nursing management can not only improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction,but also effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events,thus ensuring the safety of clinical care.
