风险管理在感染科护理工作中的应用研究

Application Research of Risk Management in Nursing Work of Infectious Diseases

目的探究分析风险管理在感染科护理工作中的应用效果。方法选定该院感染科收治患者82例,研究时段自2017年1月—2019年1月,按照护理管理方式进行分组,分对照组(41例,常规护理管理)、试验组(41例,风险管理),对患者资料进行回顾性分析,比较风险事件发生情况和护理满意度。结果试验组非计划性拔管、跌倒、坠床、烫伤、窒息发生率4.88%、2.44%、2.44%、2.44%与对照组19.51%、14.63%、17.07%、14.63%相比较低,试验组护理满意度(92.68%)显著较对照组(75.61%)高(P<0.05)。结论感染科护理工作中,风险管理可有效预防感染科风险事件发生,提高患者护理满意度,利于推动感染科护理工作开展。

Objective To explore the application of risk management in the nursing work of infectious diseases.Methods A total of 82 patients admitted to the hospital were enrolled in the hospital.From January 2017 to January 2019,the study period was divided according to the nursing management method.The control group(41 cases,routine nursing management)and the experimental group(41 cases,risk management),retrospective analysis of patient data,comparison of risk events and care satisfaction.Results The incidence of unplanned extubation,falls,falling bed,scald,and asphyxia in the experimental group was 4.88%,2.44%,2.44%,and 2.44%,which was lower than that of the control group of 19.51%,14.63%,17.07%,and 14.63%.Group nursing satisfaction(92.68%)was significantly higher than the control group(75.61%),(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing work of infectious diseases,risk management can effectively prevent the occurrence of risk events in infectious diseases,improve the satisfaction of patients'care,and promote the development of nursing work in infectious diseases.
