精细化管理在手术室医院感染控制管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Refined Management in Hospital Infection Control Management in Operating Room

目的探讨精细化管理在手术室医院感染控制管理中的应用效果。方法于2017年1—5月阶段在手术室实施常规控制管理(常规组),于2017年6—12月阶段在手术室实施精细化管理(研究组)。统计并对比两组采样结果的合格率。结果研究组手术室无菌物品、手卫生、空气、物体表面、消毒剂采样合格率显著高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室医院感染控制管理中,加强精细化管理,能够进一步提高医疗安全,大大降低手术室医院感染风险。

Objective To investigate the application effect of refined management in hospital infection control management in operating room.Methods The routine control management(regular group)was carried out in the operating room from January to May 2017,and the refined management(study group)was implemented in the operating room from June to December 2017.The pass rate of the two sets of sampling results was counted and compared.Results The sampling rate of sterile items,hand hygiene,air,surface of objects and disinfectant in the operating room of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of hospital infection management in the operating room,strengthening the refined management can further improve medical safety and greatly reduce the risk of hospital infection in the operating room.
