天津市社区18～65周岁女性对宫颈癌筛查和HPV疫苗认知调查

Investigation on Cervical Cancer Screening and HPV Vaccine Cognition in Women Aged 18～65 Years Old in Tianjin Community

目的了解天津市社区18~65周岁女性对宫颈癌筛查和人乳头瘤病毒疫苗的认知及其接种意愿进行调查,提高女性对人乳头瘤病毒疫苗的认识,推进宫颈癌综合防控工作的顺利实施。方法深入天津市市内六区的社区随机对700名女性进行宫颈癌筛查和人乳头瘤病毒疫苗认知问卷调查,对结果进行描述性分析。用Logistic回归分析接种意愿及其影响因素。结果共完成有效问卷674份,63.5%的女性知道宫颈癌筛查,37.98%的女性在社区接受过宫颈癌筛查,60.24%的女性知道HPV疫苗,86.65%的女性愿意接种HPV疫苗,13.35%的女性不愿意接种HPV疫苗。根据Logistic回归分析结果显示,HPV疫苗接种意愿主要与调查对象的年龄(OR=1.306,95%CI:0.997~1.709)和受教育程度(OR=1.132,95%CI:0.851~1.504)有关。结论天津市社区女性对宫颈癌筛查认知度较高,但接受宫颈癌筛查率偏低,愿意接种HPV疫苗率高。应在社区加大力度宣传和普及宫颈癌和HPV疫苗的知识,促进宫颈癌综合防控的实施。

Objective To investigate the awareness of cervical cancer screening and human papillomavirus vaccine and the willingness to inoculate women in 18-65 years old in Tianjin community,to improve women's understanding of human papillomavirus vaccine and to promote comprehensive prevention of cervical cancer and the smooth implementation of the control work.Methods A total of 700 women were randomly selected from the community in the six districts of Tianjin to conduct cervical cancer screening and human papillomavirus vaccine cognition survey.The results were descriptively analyzed.Logistic regression was used to analyze the inoculation willingness and its influencing factors.Results A total of 674 valid questionnaires were completed,63.5%of women knew cervical cancer screening,37.98%of women had cervical cancer screening in the community,60.24%of women knew HPV vaccine,86.65%were willing to receive HPV vaccine,13.35%of women were reluctant to get an HPV vaccine.According to the logistic regression analysis,the HPV vaccination intention was mainly related to the age of the subjects(OR=1.306,95%CI:0.997-1.709)and the education level(OR=1.132,95%CI:0.851-1.504).Conclusion Women in Tianjin have a higher awareness of cervical cancer screening,but the rate of screening for cervical cancer is low,and the rate of willingness to receive HPV is high.In the community,efforts should be made to promote and popularize the knowledge of cervical cancer and HPV vaccine,and promote the implementation of comprehensive prevention and control of cervical cancer.
