“组团式”医疗援疆绩效考核的实施与体会

Implementation and Experience of Performance Evaluation of "Group-type" Medical Assistance to Xinjiang

通过对2016—2017年度江苏“组团式”医疗援疆团队、援疆专家、学员考核结果进行分析,得知“组团式”医疗援疆取得一定成效,受援克州人民医院的服务能力、危重诊疗水平、科研开展等方面都得到了提升。在后续考核实施中要继续关注医院管理、学科建设和人才培养等重点内容,注重量化的关键指标运用,动态调整考核指标,完善考核体系。

Through the analysis of the results of the evaluation of Jiangsu“group-type”medical aid teams and aid experts and trainees in 2016-2017,it is known that the“group-type”medical aid has achieved certain results and is supported by the services of the Kezhou People’s Hospital.The ability,critical care level,and scientific research have all been improved.In the follow-up assessment implementation,we should continue to pay attention to key contents such as hospital management,discipline construction and personnel training,pay attention to the use of quantitative key indicators,dynamically adjust assessment indicators,and improve the assessment system.
