The adhesion ability of probiotics is the key to the stable colonization of probiotics in the host intestinal tract, and also the precondition for playing the role of probiotics. Researchers often take the adhesion ability of probiotics as an important criterion for the selection of probiotics, therefore, the establishment of a stable adhesion evaluation model of probiotics has been a hot topic in this field. This paper stressed to introduce the types and detection methods of the adhesion ability evaluation model of probiotics, aiming at providing reference for the study and application of the adhesion ability evaluation model of probiotics.
