摘要
本文针对铜冶炼烟气除尘酸泥进行了氧压浸出的工艺研究,采用低温氧压浸出、电积方法回收铜,并将酸泥中的硒、金、银富集于渣中,为硒、金、银在稀贵系统回收创造了有利条件,并考察了氧压浸出条件、酸度、温度等参数对浸出的影响,结果表明:在温度90℃,硫酸浓度200g/L,压力0.8 MPa,液固比4:1,反应时间6 h的条件下,铜浸出率96%,硒、银、金回收率在99%以上。
The study on oxygen pressure leaching process of copper smelting flue gas de-dusting acid mud was carried out.Copper were recovered by low-temperature high-pressure leaching and electro-winning,and selenium,gold and silver in the acid mud were enriched in the slag,which created favorable conditions for the recovery of selenium and gold and silver in the rare system.The effects of high pressure leaching conditions,such as acidity and temperature on the leaching were investigated.The results showed that in the condition of 90℃,sulfuric acid concentration 200 g/L,pressure 0.8 MPa,liquid-solid ratio 4:1,reaction time 6 hour,the copper leaching rate was96%,the recovery rate of selenium,silver and gold was over 99%.
