黄钾铁矾法从锡冶炼副产品硫酸铜中除铁的生产实践

摘要 某厂在锡冶炼过程中生产硫酸铜,因焙烧铜渣成分改变,导致在硫酸铜生产过程中浸出液铁含量升高,有含铁化合物析出,致使硫酸铜产品不合格。通过对比多种除铁方法,选择湿法炼锌广泛应用的黄钾铁矾法进行除铁生产实践。生产实践工艺条件:采用二氧化锰为氧化剂,氧化温度高于85℃、氧化时间1 h;采用氢氧化钾为沉铁剂,沉铁温度高于90℃、沉铁时间4~6 h、沉铁pH值1.5~2;沉清时间2~4 h。在此工艺条件下,成功处理了积压焙烧铜渣236.58 t,产出合格硫酸铜产品161.48 t,创造了较好的经济效益。 A factory produced copper sulfate in the tin smelting process.Due to the change of the composition of the roasted copper slag,the iron content of the leaching liquid increased during the production of copper sulfate,and the iron-containing compound precipitated,resulting in unqualified copper sulfate products.By comparing various iron removal methods,jarosite method,which was widely used in wet zinc smelting,was selected for iron removal.The following production practice process conditions were adopted:using manganese dioxide as oxidant,oxidation temperature higher than 85 ℃,oxidation time 1 h,potassium hydroxide as iron precipitator,iron precipitation temperature higher than 90 ℃,iron precipitation time 4~6 h,pH value of iron precipitation 1.5~2 and clearing time 2~4 h.Under this process condition,236.58 t of backlog roasted copper slag was successfully processed and 161.48 t of qualified copper sulfate products were produced,which created good economic benefits.
