废杂铜大容量中频炉熔融法取、制样的生产实践

摘要 由于再生铜行业原材料废杂铜的种类繁多,铜品位存在巨大差异。现行国内传统的检验方法为目视评估法,该方法易造成含铜品位误差,严重时甚至造成人为金属流失。目前,国内外现行测定标准均不能满足废杂铜取、制样要求。本文采用大容量中频炉(100~500 kg)在生产实践中总结一条废杂铜的取样制样方法,通过严格的操作流程,得出的化验数据表明该方法测得的数据比较接近废杂铜的真实值(实际生产反推值),可代替目视评估法。该方法减少了铜品位测定误差,杜绝了人为金属损失,具有很大的经济效益,值得推广。 Due to the wide variety of scrap copper in the raw materials of the recycled copper industry,there is a huge difference in copper grade.The current domestic traditional inspection method is the visual assessment method,which is easy to cause copper-containing grade error,and even causes man-made metal loss in severe cases.At present,the current domestic and international measurement standards can not meet the requirements of scrap copper sampling and sample preparation.In this paper,a sampling and sample preparation method for scrap copper was summarized in production practice by using large capacity intermediate frequency furnace(100-500 kg).Through strict operation process,the test data obtained showed that the measured data of the method are close to the true value of scrap copper(actual production back-stepping value),and it can replace visual assessment method.The method reduces the error of copper grade measurement,eliminates the metal loss of man-made.it has great economic benefits,and is worth promoting.
