摘要
在满足生产工艺、产能和质量的前提下实现原料最优搭配、生产组织最优化是确保生产企业利润最大化的必要条件。本文结合铜冶炼生产工艺、生产组织、生产成本及其之间的作用规律,搭建了数学模型寻求最优解,以实现标准化运作。此模型已在实际应用中得到完善和检验,可以满足以下需求:为原料采购、工艺调整、生产过程及成本控制提供简洁、高效、快速的决策参考方案;为标准化操作提供有效的工艺解决方案;为生产组织协调和预判提供高效的解决方案;为生产工艺控制及工艺技术人员的培养提供参考方案。
In order to maximize profits,production enterprise pursue the best mix of raw materials and optimized production organization under the premise of satisfying the production process,capacity and quality.This paper combined the production process,production organization,production cost during the copper smelting process and the law of its interaction,and build a mathematical model to find the optimal solution to achieve standardized operations.This model has been refined and tested in practical applications to meet the following requirements:providing a simple,efficient and fast decision-making solution for raw material procurement,process adjustment,production process and cost control;providing effective process solutions for standardized operations;providing efficient solutions for production organization coordination and forecasting;providing reference solutions for production process control and technical staff training.
