金粉快速除杂工艺改进的生产实践

摘要 某公司针对各班组所产金锭生产合格率不同、生产效率差别大的问题,统计了2014年5月至2016年5月不同班组对熬煮除杂时各工艺参数的控制数据及操作方式。通过对比分析及长时间观察,发现影响因素包括:金粉熬煮过程中辅料加入方式和加入量;熬煮时电流、电压参数的控制;捞渣工具的选取;金样收缩面颜色与金粉内在杂质成份银、铁的经验判断。规范工艺操作流程及操作方式后,个别班组熬煮时间缩短0.5 h,各班组金锭合格率均提高到98%以上。 In view of the different qualified rate and production efficiency of gold ingots produced by different teams,the company counted the control data and operation modes of the boiling and removing impurities process by different teams from May 2014 to May 2016.Through comparative analysis and long-term observation,it was found that the influencing factors include the follows,addition mode and amount of auxiliaries during the boiling process of gold powder,controlling of current and voltage parameters during boiling,selection of tool for fishing for slag,the relationship between the color of the shrinkage surface of gold and the impurity components,silver and iron,in the gold powder.After standardizing the process flow and operation mode,the boiling time of individual teams was shortened by 0.5 h,and the qualified rate of gold ingots of each group was increased to over 98%.
