摘要
结合巴布亚新几内亚(简称巴新)瑞木镍红土矿工程实际,对湿法冶金工艺多级串联逆流洗涤浓密机计算进行了设计研究,在三个平衡(浆体流量平衡、液相流量平衡、质量流量平衡)和两个概念(洗涤三角形概念、流量权重概念)基础上,通过数学分析,开发了"CCDni流量权重n元方程行列式法",该法物理概念清晰、角标符号明确、流量权重清楚、计算数值准确,可在CCDni设计中应用。
Based on the engineering practice of Ruimu nickel laterite mine in Papua New Guinea,the calculation of multi-stage series counter-current washing concentrator for hydrometallurgical process is designed and studied.On the basis of three balances(slurry flow balance,liquid flow balance and mass flow balance) and two concepts(washing triangle concept and flow weight concept),through mathematical analysis,the determinant method of Nelement equation of CCDni flow weight is developed.The method has clear physical concepts,clear angular symbols,clear flow weights and accurate calculation values.It can be used in the design of CCDni.
