摘要
本文通过分析锌氧压浸出工艺中氧压釜排料角阀及闪蒸缓冲罐进料颈部冲刷严重的情况,从套管的方案设计及工作机理、内衬无压烧结碳化硅复合套管结构设计等方面予以论述,提出内衬无压烧结碳化硅复合套管替代904L不锈钢管的改造方案,使排料角阀及闪蒸缓冲罐进料颈部使用寿命得到大幅度提高,保证了氧压釜排料的稳定性、连续性和可靠性。
In this paper,the serious scouring of the discharge angle valve of the autoclave and the feed neck of the flash buffer tank in the oxygen pressure leaching process are analyzed.The scheme design and working mechanism of the casing and the structure design of the SiC composite casing lined with pressure-free sintering are discussed.The modification scheme of replacing 904 L stainless steel pipe with SiC composite sleeve lined by pressure-free sintering is put forward.The service life of discharging angle valve and feeding neck of flash buffer tank has been greatly improved,which ensures the stability,continuity and reliability of discharging of autoclave.
