摘要
某厂采用硫酸化焙烧系统处理铜阳极泥,同时处理铅阳极泥。因建厂时间长,大部分技术设备落后,能耗高,环境污染严重,已经不适合现代生产的要求,于是该厂对此系统的工艺设备进行了一系列的改造。改造内容包括:改放料方式为侧放料,更换焙烧回转窑密封材料,降低真空泵的功率,循环使用真空泵密封用水,浸出置换反应釜搅拌采用减速机传动,采用压滤机取代离心机等。改造后,有效降低了能耗、减少了烟气的外溢,降低了环境污染,消除了安全隐患,而且硒的回收率提高了5%。
A plant used a sulfated roasting system to process copper anode slime and lead anode slime.Due to the long construction time,most of the technical equipment was backward,the energy consumption was high,and the environmental pollution was serious,which is not suitable for the requirements of modern production.The plant then carried out a series of modifications to the process equipment of the system.The modifications include changing the discharge method to side discharge,replacing the sealing material for roasting rotary kiln,reducing the power of the vacuum pump,recirculating the seal water for vacuum pump,using the reducer drive to stir in the leaching displacement reaction caldron,replacing centrifuge with filter press,and so on.After the modifications,the energy consumption was effectively reduced,the smoke overflow was reduced,the environmental pollution was reduced,the safety hazard was eliminated,and the recovery rate of selenium was increased by 5 %.
