摘要
加压酸浸工艺是当前具有广阔发展前景的一项湿法冶金技术,它具有金属回收率高、对各品位矿物原料的适应性强、冶炼流程短、操作环境好等优点。湿法加压酸浸过程主要在密闭、高温、带压的反应釜内完成。钛钢复合板材料在一定使用温度和氧化性酸环境下具有良好的耐酸、耐氯离子腐蚀能力且使用成本适中,常被用于制作湿法冶金加压酸浸反应釜本体。结合钛钢复合板材料与湿法加压酸浸工艺各自的特点,从保障设备安全运行角度出发对钛钢复合板反应釜有关设计标准、壳体选材、防磨损设计、热交换方式、检验要求等方面进行了探讨并提出了相应的建议。
Pressure acid leaching process is one of prospective hydrometallurgical technologies.It has such advantages of high metal recovery rate,nice adaptability to various grade mineral raw materials,short smelting process and good operating environment.The process of pressure acid leaching is mainly completed in a closed,high temperature and pressurized reactor.Titanium steel composite board material has good acid resistance,chloride ion corrosion resistance and moderate cost under certain operating temperature and oxidizing acid environment.It is often used to make the body of hydrometallurgical pressure acid leaching reactor.Combining the characteristics of titanium steel composite board material and pressure acid leaching process,the design standards,shell material selection,anti-wear design,heat exchange mode and inspection requirements of titanium steel composite board reactor were discussed from the perspective of safe operation of the equipment.Meanwhile the corresponding suggestions were put forward.
