一次灰吹、一次造渣方法测定氰化金泥中金、银含量的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 黄金行业选矿过程中产生的金泥含金、银,测定方法还没有形成固定的国家或行业标准。目前常规的检测方法一般采用二次造渣法(火试金重量法)和直接灰吹法测定金泥中金、银的含量,二次造渣法存在分析流程长、检测成本高、劳动强度大、贵金属损失大等缺点,直接灰吹法不能很好地回收灰皿中残余的贵金属。本试验创新性地吸取两种方法优点,采取一次灰吹、一次造渣方法测定氰化金泥中金、银的含量。通过实验结果对比,一次灰吹、一次造渣方法比二次造渣方法金、银回收率高,精密度与二次造渣法同等级,而且该方法流程简便、劳动强度小、检测成本低,值得推广。 The gold sludge produced in the process of mineral processing in the gold industry contains gold and silver,and the method of determination has not yet formed a fixed national or industry standard.At present,the conventional detection methods generally are the fire assay gravimetric method(secondary slagging method) and the direct ash blowing method.The two slag-making method has shortcomings such as long analysis process,high detection cost,high labor intensity,and large loss of precious metals;the direct ash blowing method does not recover the precious metals remaining in the ash dish well.The experiment of this paper innovatively adopts one ash blowing and one slag-making method to determine the content of gold and silver in the cyanide gold sludge,which absorbs the advantages of the two methods.Comparing the experimental results of one ash blowing and one slag-making method and two slag-making method,found that the one ash blowing and one slag-making method has higher recovery rates of gold and silver,the same grade precision,the simpler process,the lower labor intensity,and the lower detection cost than two slag-making method.So the method is worth promoting.
