摘要
通过对灰白色平菇带病毒(菌)子实体组织分离所获母种进行高温尖端脱毒处理,结果表明:经1~5次脱毒复壮后,母种菌丝生长速度均显著高于对照组,脱毒2次效果最为明显;脱毒母种制作的原种,满瓶时间显著快于对照组原种,平均缩短4.75天;经相关性分析,母种菌丝生长速度与其对应的原种满瓶时间之间存在极显著的负相关关系。
The results of the high-temperature tip detoxification treatment on the mother species obtained from the separation of the fruiting body tissue of the pleurotus ostreatus with virus(bacteria)showed that:after 1~5 cycles of detoxification and rejuvenation,the growth rate of mycelia of the mother species was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the detoxification effect was most obvious for 2 cycles;filling the bottle time of the original seed produced by detoxifying mother seed was significantly faster than that of control group,with an average reduction of 4.75 days.After correlation analysis,there was a very significant negative correlation between the growth rate of the mother species hypha。
