摘要
移动图书馆是基于移动互联网创建的网上图书馆,移动图书馆让人们的阅读更加便捷。但目前有大部分移动图书馆的服务功能还不够完善,还有很多需要改进的地方。分析了目前我国移动图书馆在服务上存在的问题,阐述了优化移动图书馆服务质量的具体措施。
Mobile library is an online library created on the basis of mobile Internet.Mobile library makes people’s reading more convenient.However,the service functions of most mobile libraries are not perfect yet,and there are still many areas that need to be improved.This paper analyzes the problems existing of mobile library in the service in China,and expounds the concrete measures to optimize the service quality of mobile library.
