Discussion on Reducing the Temperature of Bearing Bush of Ball Mill for Dry Slag Grinding

干渣磨细球磨机的主轴承润滑油温度不能大于某一规定值,若超过此值将会导致磨机轴瓦温度过高而引起紧急停机,甚至对部件造成不可逆的损坏。对某电厂球磨机运行中所造成轴瓦温度升高的影响因素进行了分析,并针对性地提出了防范对策。

The temperature of the lubricating oil of the main bearing of ball mill for dry slag grinding shall not exceed a specified value.If the temperature exceeds this value,the temperature of the bearing bush of the mill will be too high and cause emergency shutdown,or even irreversible damage to the parts.The influence factors of the temperature rise of bearing bush in ball mill running in a power plant are analyzed,and the preventive measures are put forward.
