基于用户诉求的开源情报系统应用研究

Research on the Application of Open Source Information System Based on Users’ Demands

网络信息技术由IT时代进入DT时代,用户的开源信息情报诉求日益凸显,开源情报系统应用研究成为一项重要课题。笔者在对情报资源和情报管理阐释的基础上,分析了开源情报系统研究的必要性,并从标准规范体系、大数据基础平台、情报业务系统和安全运维环境4个方面对开源情报系统应用进行研究,促使开源信息情报研究工作从单一领域分析向全信息领域分析方向发展,从而在未来情报信息领域竞争中形成超前优势。

Network information technology has entered DT era from it era,and users’demands for open source information and information are increasingly prominent.The application research of open source information system has become an important topic.Based on the interpretation of information resources and information management,the author analyzes the necessity of open source information system research,and studies the application of open source information system from four aspects:standard and normative system,big data basic platform,information business system and security operation and maintenance environment,so as to promote the development of open source information research from single field analysis to full information field analysis In the future,it will form a leading advantage in the field of information competition.
