The Challenges and Opportunities of ERP System Application in Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises

ERP系统(企业资源计划)作为20世纪90年代兴起的为企业提供决策支持服务的应用软件,随着企业迅速发展的需要,逐渐被商业企业接受和使用,并且现已发展成为现代企业管理理论之一。由于我国引进ERP的时间较晚,再加上企业对于ERP知识与理论的使用还不太完善,很多制造型企业不敢或者不愿意花较大的成本去使用ERP相关的软件产品。不去尝试使用ERP的后果是同行都已经在使用了,但自己还处于原地的状态,最后会被淘汰。笔者通过分析和理解中国制造型企业与ERP系统之间的关系,希望找到一条适合ERP系统与中国制造型企业共同完成业务流程重组、集成化管理模式与现代管理方法的渠道,最终实现制造型企业的转型升级。

ERP system(Enterprise Resource Planning),as an application software that provides decision support services for enterprises,is gradually accepted and used by commercial enterprises with the rapid development of enterprises,and has developed into one of the modern enterprise management theories.Due to the late introduction of ERP in China,and the imperfect use of ERP knowledge and theory,many manufacturing enterprises are afraid or unwilling to spend a large cost to use ERP related software products.The consequence of not trying to use ERP is that peers are already using it,but they are still in the same place and will be eliminated.By analyzing and understanding the relationship between Chinese manufacturing and modeling enterprises and ERP system,the author hopes to find a suitable channel for ERP system and Chinese manufacturing and modeling enterprises to complete business process reengineering,integrated management mode and modern management methods,and finally realize the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.
