构建临床教学岗位积分指标体系的思考和探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过构建一套完善、科学、有效的临床教学岗位积分指标体系,应用医院临床教学,从而提高医院医师的教学积极性、主动性,提升临床教学内涵质量。方法借鉴市区数家三级医院教学管理考核方法,结合医院特色制定一套教学岗位积分指标体系,请教学专家审核、修改、完善评价指标,并制定教学岗位积分考核调查问卷进行内容效度测试,通过专家认证后推广临床应用。结果制定出一套临床教学岗位积分指标体系,并通过了教学专家审核,问卷的内容效度测试系数为1.00。结论医院制定的临床教学岗位积分考核指标体系,不仅规范临床医师教学考评,实施有效激励和奖惩机制,而且将教学质量纳入考核评价体系,最大限度地挖掘临床教师的教学潜能,是提升教学质量的关键,更重要的是提高医院对教学管理的规范化、系统化和全面性。 Objective This paper applies a set of perfect,scientific and effective clinical teaching post evaluation system into clinical teaching of our hospital,so as to improve teaching enthusiasm of physicians and promote clinical teaching quality.Methods Refer to teaching management assessment methods of several tertiary hospitals,make a set of teaching post evaluation system based on our hospital features,make teaching experts examine,revise and improve evaluation indicators,prepare questionnaires on teaching post evaluation for content validity test,and promote its clinical application after expert approval.Results Our hospital has made a set of clinical teaching post evaluation system and passed verification of teaching experts.The test indicator of content validity for the questionnaires is 1.00.Conclusion Clinical teaching post evaluation system made by our hospital does not only normalize clinician teaching assessment and implements effective incentive and punishment mechanism,but also introduces teaching quality into the assessment system and explores clinical teaching potentials to the utmost extent,which is key to promote teaching quality,and improve standard and systematization and comprehensive teaching management.
