社区居民对“家庭医生签约服务”的需求调查和现状分析

Demand Survey and Status Analysis of “Family Doctor Contract Service” by Community Residents

目的了解北京市怀柔区居民对家庭医生签约服务的需求和现状,以便推进家庭医生签约服务的实施,进一步加快社区签约医生制度建设提供参考依据。方法使用自行设计的调查问卷,根据整体随机抽样的原则,选取1100名来自北京市怀柔区居民进行现场问卷调查,问卷的主要内容包含社区居民的基本情况、对家庭医生签约服务的认知、需求以及签约情况等。共发放问卷1100份,有效回收1050份,有效回收率95.45%。结果有915名(87.1%)社区居民知晓家庭医生签约服务,有831名(79.1%)社区居民愿意或已经签约家庭医生。收入不同、家庭医生签约服务的知晓度及对社区实行首诊制的接受度与居民签约意愿进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。服务需求前三位的依次是健康咨询(68.7%)、常见病诊治(60.0%)、中医服务(48.6%)。结论社区居民对家庭医生签约服务的开展认可度较高,家庭医生签约服务尚有提升的空间,建议加大宣传力度、进一步强化居民对家庭医生签约服务的认知,全面提升家庭医生的服务能力、健全医疗保险制度,丰富服务方式与内容,提供有针对性的服务。

Objective To understand the needs and current situation of the residents in huairou district of Beijing for the contract service of family doctors,so as to promote the implementation of the contract service of family doctors and provide reference for the construction of the contract service system of community doctors.Methods According to the principle of overall random sampling,1100 residents from huairou district of Beijing were selected to conduct an on-site questionnaire survey.The main contents of the questionnaire included the basic information of community residents,their cognition of and demand for the signing service of family doctors,and their signing status.A total of 1100 questionnaires were issued,and 1050 were effectively recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 95.45%.Results 915(87.1%)community residents were aware of the signing up of family doctor services,and 831(79.1%)community residents were willing or had signed up for family doctor services.There were statistically significant differences in income,education level,awareness of family doctors'signing service,acceptance of the first-visit system in the community and residents'signing intention(P<0.05).The top three in terms of service demand were health consultation(68.7%),diagnosis and treatment of common diseases(60.0%),and TCM services(48.6%).Conclusion Community residents carry out high recognition to the family doctor contract service,signing the family doctor service still has room for improvement,we suggest to propaganda and further strengthen the residents’cognition to the family doctor contract service,improve the family doctor service ability,improve the medical insurance system,enrich service mode and content and provide targeted services.
