摘要
针对热镀锌车间,波纹板从镀锌池中出来后经过外吹环喷嘴吹净多余锌粒时产生的强噪声问题,采用大涡模拟结合FW-H方程研究了外吹环的流场、声场特性。结果表明:外吹环喷嘴出口中心位置处的噪声最大达到120 dB,距外吹环出口1 m的周向位置上噪声的声压在80 dB到120 dB之间。并通过实验验证了数值模拟结果的正确性,为实现对外吹环的噪声控制和低噪声外吹环的设计提供了依据。
In the hot dip galvanizing workshop,the large eddy simulation combined with FW-H equation is used to study the flow field and the sound field characteristics of the outer blowing ring,which was caused by the strong noise caused by blowing the excess zinc particles from the outer ring nozzle after the external blowing nozzle was blown out of the galvanizing pool.The results show that the noise at the outlet center of the outer ring nozzle is 120 dB,and the noise pressure is between 80 dB and 120 dB at the circumferential position of the outer ring outlet 1 m.The validity of the numerical simulation results is verified by experiments,which lays a foundation for the noise control and the design of low noise blowing ring.
