摘要
以配置FANUC数控系统的数控铣床为研究平台,分析了数控系统参数设置规则和宏程序编制技巧,探讨了数控铣床工件坐标系相对机床坐标系偏移量的确定方法。在此基础上,对光电对刀仪进行了改进;编制了测量工件原点坐标的宏程序;利用系统参数设置,定制了自动对刀指令;用这一指令即可实现数控加工自动对刀。实验结果表明:该自动对刀方法使用方便,对刀时间短,所得偏移量精度高,在数控加工中,对提高加工效率和加工精度有较大的实用价值。
Based on the platform of Numerical Control(NC)milling machine with FANUC numerical control system,the parameter configuration rule and macroprogram coding method are analyzed.The method of define offset between the workpiece coordination system and the machine coordination system on the NC milling machine was discussed.For the basis,the photoelectric tool setting gauge was improved,and the macroprogram to measure coordination value of original point for workpiece was written.System parameters setup was applied to define self-setting tool command,and the command was used to achieve self-setting tool of numerical machining.The result of experiment shows that the self-setting tool method is very easy,the time of self-setting tool is shorter,and the offset accuracy is higher.This method has higher piratical value to improve make efficiency and machining accuracy in the numerical control machining.
