摘要
针对大行程龙门结构数控设备进行有效的设备状态评估,对存在问题的运动部件,进行国产化改造,优化数控设备动态特性,恢复数控设备运行加工精度,提高加工效率。
For the large-stroke gantry structure Computer Numerical Control(CNC)equipment to carry out an effective equipment state assessment,to the existing problem of the moving parts,the domestic components are reformed.The dynamic characteristics of CNC equipment were optimized,Restore machining precision of CNC equipment was restored.The machining precision is improved.
