φ175特大顶锤解剖分析及试样热等静压工艺研究

Analysis of Dissected Large-scaleφ175 Anvil and Investigation of HIP Treatment Technique for Its Samples

摘要 对市售的大尺寸硬质合金顶锤进行解剖,观察和分析了试样的显微结构和性能。实验表明解剖的低压烧结顶锤的显微组织均匀性较差,力学性能不稳定。对顶锤解剖试样在不同温度下进行了热等静压处理,结果表明,接近低压烧结温度的热等静压处理会恶化材料的性能,而随着处理温度的降低,材料的横向断裂强度逐渐增加,1340℃处理后的强度超过原来顶锤的强度,提高率10%以上,而硬度值变化很小,材料显微结构中硬质相和粘结相分布趋于均匀。合适的热等静压处理工艺有利于顶锤性能的提高,从而延长顶锤的使用寿命。 In the paper,a commercial large-scale anvil is dissected at different positions and the microstructures and mechanical properties of these samples are analyzed.The result shows that the microstructures of different positions of the anvil are inhomogeneous and the mechanical properties are unstable.Then the samples of the anvil are HIP treated at different temperatures.These experiments show that the property will be deteriorated when hot iso-static pressing(HIP)treatment temperature approaches sinter temperature.However,when the treated temperature drops down,the transverse rupture strength(TRS)increases gradually.At 1340℃the TRS exceeds 10%of the original material,while the hardness changes slightly.The distribution of hard phase and binder phase changes more uniformly.Appropriate HIP treatment is likely to improve the properties and prolong life-span of anvils.
