黑水城元代法制文书校读札记

Notes on Proofreading of the Yuan Dynasty Legal Documents in Heishuicheng

黑水城文献中有一批元代法制文书,是研究元代法律、社会等的宝贵资料。目前,对此批文书校录较为精当的是《中国藏黑水城所出元代律令与词讼文书整理与研究》和《中国藏黑水城汉文文献的整理与研究》二书。但是,金无足赤,书中的不少录文和校勘仍有可商之处。今检取其中数则黑水城元代法制文书,对其中录校的可商之处加以辨正,以期有利于此批文书的研读。

There are a number of the Yuan Dynasty legal documents in Heishuicheng,Which are valuable material for the study of laws,society and language in the Yuan Dynasty. At present,these documents are well-collated in two books: The Collation and Research of the Yuan Dynasty Law and Lyric Lawsuit Documents Produced by China’s Tibetan Heishuicheng and The collation and research of Chinese Literature in China’s Tibetan Heishuicheng. However,there are still some errors in the book needed to be proofread in order to facilitate the study of these documents.
