摘要
随着教师教育改革的不断深化,传统的刚性教育实践已不适应教师专业发展的要求,新时代对教师提出了新要求,必须强化教育实践的弹性和柔性。教育实践是适应性的教育实践,教师教育的职前职后教育实践都要强化弹性和柔性,增强教师教育的有效性,促进师范生和中小学教师的专业发展。
with the deepening of teacher education reform,the traditional rigid education practice has not met the requirements of teachers’ professional development,and the new era puts forward new requirements for teachers. It is necessary to strengthen the flexibility and flexibility of education practice. Educational practice is an adaptive educational practice.Teachers’ pre service and post service educational practice should strengthen elasticity and flexibility,so as to promote the professional development of normal students,primary and secondary school teachers,so as to enhance the effectiveness of educational practice.
