按照教育部“四个回归”新要求,审视我国各级学校体育工作,发现旧有的体育观和体育赛事文化理念已经落后于新的社会形势,严重影响了体育原本育人功能的发挥。转变观念,推行新的赛文化理念以提升学校体育教学效益势在必行。新的赛文化理念伴随人人均可参加的新型赛事而生,其核心要义是人人的体育和人人的比赛,因其提倡大众、参与、体验和共享而广受推崇。研究发现,在建设健康幸福中国的新时代,“新赛文化”理念具有更高的社会适应性;在各级学校推行新赛文化理念,可为实施完整的运动教育,实现预设教育目标提供有力保障,是推动学校体育多项改革、破解现实困境的有效途径之一,且对于助力“健康中国”和“体育强国”建设、推动体育产业发展有重要意义。

In accordance with the new requirements of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China for“four returns”,it is found that the old concept of physical education and the cultural concept of sports events have lagged behind the new social situation,which has seriously affected the original educational function of physical education.It is imperative to change the concept and carry out the new concept of competition culture in order to improve the efficiency of school physical education teaching.The new concept of competition culture comes from a new type of competition that everyone can participate in.Its core meaning is that sports is everyone’s sports and competition is everyone’s competition.It is widely respected for its advocacy of the public,participation,experience and sharing.It is found that in the new era of building a healthy and happy China,the concept of new competition culture has higher social adaptability.The implementation of the concept of new competition culture in schools at all levels can provide a strong guarantee for the implementation of complete sports education and the realization of pre-set education goals,which is one of the effective ways to promote the reform of school education and solve the practical difficulties.It is of great significance to help build“healthy China”and“sports power”and to promote the development of sports industry.
