徐州地区家鼠犬新孢子虫的分子检测(英文)

摘要 为了解徐州地区家鼠犬新孢子虫的流行情况,从徐州不同地区采集家鼠脑组织样本,采用酚-氯仿法提取其总DNA,运用基特异PCR检测徐州家鼠犬新孢子虫感染情况,并将PCR阳性样本进行测序验证。共检测123份脑组织样本,41份为犬新孢子虫阳性,经测序验证均为犬新孢子虫的特异性序列,阳性率为33.3%(41/123),其中,小家鼠阳性率为42.4%(14/33),大家鼠阳性率为30%(27/90)。本研究首次报道我国家鼠犬新孢子虫的感染情况,表明家鼠作为重要的中间宿主之一,在犬新孢子虫流行中发挥一定的作用,应引起有关部门的重视。 Little is known about the epidemiology of Neospora caninum infection in field rodents in China.In the present study,genome DNAs were extracted from 123 brain samples of field rodents and PCR was performed using N.caninum Nc5-targeted specific primers.Overall 41 out of 123 samples(33.3%)were tested positive and confirmed by sequencing,of which 14 brain samples were from house mice and 27 samples were from rats.This was the first report about the occurrence of N.caninum infection in field rodents in China's Mainland,indicating high prevalence among field rodents.
