摘要
为提升铁路在长江经济带发展中的支撑作用,在阐述长江经济带多式联运发展现状的基础上,针对多式联运运量较低、设施设备衔接不畅及航道通过能力不足等问题,构建长江经济带集装箱多式联运路径优化模型。以长江经济带多式联运网络与需求为例,验证模型的有效性。研究结果表明,受长江水域条件和翻坝运输成本等因素影响,铁路专用线进港将有效降低全程物流成本,提升多式联运产品市场竞争力。该研究为多式联运节点布局、设施改造、全程方案设计等提供理论依据,有助于降低长江经济带综合运输成本。
To enhance the supporting role of railway in the development of Yangtze River Economic Belt, this paper expounds the development status of multimodal transport in Yangtze River Economic Belt. Then, aiming at the problems of low intermodal traffic volume, poor connection of facilities and equipment, and insufficient passage capacity, this paper constructs an optimization model of container intermodal transport path in Yangtze River Economic Belt. The effectiveness of the model is verified by taking Yangtze River Economic Belt multimodal transport network and demand as an example. The research results show that, affected by the conditions of Yangtze River and the transport cost of turning over the dam, the railway special line will effectively reduce the whole logistics cost and enhance the market Competitive power of multimodal transport products. This study provides theoretical basis for the layout of multimodal transport nodes, facilities transformation, and whole process scheme design, which is conducive to reduce the comprehensive transport cost of the Yangtze River economic belt.
