摘要 通过载荷地面校准试验建立载荷模型是应变法飞行载荷准确测量的基础,为高效准确地建立载荷模型,在对应变法飞行载荷测量原理分析的基础上提出了一种基于电桥应变响应特性综合指标的电桥逐步筛选飞行载荷建模方法,在建模过程中对参与建模的电桥进行逐步筛选并得到一组备选载荷模型,结合叠加原理验证及电桥物理特性分析等方法可确定飞行实测中所选用载荷模型。应用该方法对机翼测载剖面飞行载荷进行测量,结果表明该方法准确可靠,并可将测载结果应用于飞机飞行载荷安全监控。 The establishment of the load model by the ground calibration test is the basis for the accurate measurement of flight load with the strain method. To build the model efficiently and accurately, a step-by-step screening bridge flight load modeling method based on the strain response characteristics of bridge was proposed,which was the result of analysis on the principle of strain flight load modeling method. Participating bridges were gradualy screened during the modeling process and a set of alternative load models was obtained, combined with the verification of the superposition principle and the analysis of the physical characteristics of the bridge, the selected load model in the flight measurement can be determined. Applying this method to measure the flight load of the wing load section, the results show that the method is accurate and reliable, and the load test results can be applied to the aircraft flight load and safety monitoring.
