职业学校产教融合型实训基地建设探索——以湖南省中南艺术学校为例 被引量:4

摘要 建设产教融合型实训基地是培养高素质技术技能型人才、促进校企协同发展的重要举措。产教融合型实训基地建设以对接产业需求、合理设置专业,对接职业标准、开发课程内容,对接生产过程、组织实践性教学为理念。理念指导下的产教融合型实训基地建设的路径包括:合理规划学生的实训教学;全力打造高水平“双师型”实训教师团队;校企共同协调教学资源的开发。在保障学校和企业双重发展的优势上,加强学生实训,提升教师实践能力,确保课程开发的质量成效,校企同步更新并反哺认证体系,以达到课程升级和证书升级的“互动共长”。 To cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents and promote the cooperative development of schools and enterprises,it is an important measure to build training base with the style of production and education integration.The practical training base is constructed based on the concept of docking industry demand to set specialty reasonably,docking professional standard to develop course content,docking production process to organize practical teaching.The paths to building production and education cooperative practical training base including is proposed in this paper:Reasonably planning students'practical training teaching,building a high-level"doublequalified"training team of teachers,developing the teaching resources by school-enterprises cooperation.In order to guarantee the advantages of the dual development of the school and the enterprise,students'practical training should be strengthened,teachers'practical ability should be improved,and the quality and effect of curriculum development should be ensured,finally,the school and enterprise should update the certification system simultaneously,so as to achieve the"mutual growth"of curriculum and certificate upgrading.
