摘要
逻辑分析仪属于贵重仪器,价格昂贵,操作麻烦且普及率低。为解决高校实验室设备配备不足,并充分利用现有设备,提出一种借助现有示波器X-Y模式进行显示,通过外加扩展电路实现逻辑分析功能的设计方法。该逻辑分析仪以STM32F767处理器为核心,外围电路简单,能够同时在示波器上显示8路数字信号时序,且具有触发字方式可调、时间标志线可调、信号采样率可调及存储回放等功能。
Logic analyzer is a valuable instrument with high price,complex operation and low popularity.This paper introduces a design method of logic analysis function by using existing oscilloscope X-Y display mode and adding extended circuit.The logic analyzer takes STM32F767 processor as its core and its peripheral circuit is simple.It can display 8 digital signals on the oscilloscope at the same time.It also has the functions of adjustable trigger word mode,adjustable time marker line,adjustable signal sampling rate and storage and playback.
