摘要
在分析实验技术人才概念、特征及内涵的基础上,结合实验技术工作的属性特点和岗位性质,建立“支撑服务—职业生涯发展阶段—技术创新能力与水平”为一体的实验技术人才三维评价理论模型,形成伴随实验技术人才职业生涯发展的分类评价体系,并对分类评价方法提出相应的对策和建议,力图为有效评价实验技术人才提供方向和参考。
This study analyzes the concept,characteristics and connotation of experiment technical talents,combining experiment technology attribute characteristics and job nature of the work,set up a set of"support services,career development stage,technological innovation ability&level"as one 3D evaluation theory model for experiment technical talents,forms a classified evaluation system with talents’career development stage,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion on classified evaluation method,trying to provide direction and reference for evaluating experiment technical talents effectively.
