摘要
耐折性能是鞋类产品常见的检测项目。目前,国外标准中针对整鞋、鞋帮面及外底材料的耐折性能有许多不同的测试方法。从测试原理、适用范围、取样方法等方面对这些测试方法进行了介绍,分析了同一项目不同测试方法间存在的差异,认为对鞋品进行耐折性能检测时要根据样品的规格选择相应的测试方法标准,避免因测试方法选择不当造成不必要的损失。
Flexing resistance is a normal test item for footwear products.There are many different test methods for flexing resistance of whole shoes,upper and outsole materials in the foreign standards.From test principle,scope of application,sampling method,these test methods were introduced.The differences between different testing methods on the same project were analyzed.It was thought that the corresponding test method standard should be chosen ac cording to sample specifications avoid unnecessary losses for improper test methods.
