针织T恤衫质量控制分析

产品标准是指导企业生产、控制产品质量的技术文件,不仅要便于应用操作,还要有明确的质量要求。在GB/T 22849—2014《针织T恤衫》标准中,判定规则对批产品的质量水平并未直接起到把关作用,复验的规定不但降低了对产品的质量要求,而且使质量水平低下的批产品更易被判定为合格品。为避免出现这种情况,生产企业和质量监督管理部门抽检时应注意使用与接收质量限指标相配套的抽样方案。

Product standards are the technical documents that guide the production of enterprises and control the quality of products.They should not only facilitate the application and operation,but also have clear quality require ments.In the standard of GB/T 22849─2014knit T-shirt,the judgment rules fail to control the quality level of batch products,the regulations of re-test not only reduced the quality requirement to the product,but also make the batch product with low quality level more easily be judged as qualified product.In order to avoid this kind of situation,the manufacturer and the quality supervision and management department should pay attention to using the sam pling plan matching with the quality limit index.
