双线排龈法在行前牙烤瓷冠修复中的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of double-line gingival retraction in the restoration of anterior teeth with PFM crowns

目的研究双线排龈法在行前牙烤瓷冠修复中的临床应用价值。方法选取2016年12月—2018年12月本院收治的行前牙烤瓷冠修复患者82例作为研究对象,根据排龈方法的不同进行分组,将实行单线排龈法的患者设为对照组,实行双线排龈法的患者设为观察组,每组各41例。比较两组患者的排龈效果以及患者的舒适度评分和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的模型不清晰、印模肩台不连续不清晰及基牙与游离龈排开不全的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);修复体颜色、修复体形态、牙齿健康状态满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);不良反应发生率为4.88%,明显低于对照组(24.39%)(P=0.01,χ^2=6.25)。结论双线排龈法可有效提高行前牙烤瓷冠修复患者的修复效果及美观满意度,改善患者舒适评分,降低不良反应的发生,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical application value of double-line gingival retraction method in the restoration of anterior teeth with porcelain fused to metal(PFM)crowns.Methods A total of 82 patients with anterior teeth porcelain crown restorations admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the different methods of drainage,the patients who underwent single-line drainage were set as the control group.The patients who underwent the double-line drainage method were set as observation groups,with 41 cases in each group.The effects of sputum excretion and the patient's comfort score and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of unclear model,discontinuous shoulder impression and incomplete extraction of abutment teeth and free gingiva in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of restoration color,restoration shape and tooth health status in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the comfort degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than the control group(24.39%)(χ^2=6.25,P=0.01).Conclusions Double-line gingival evacuation method could effectively improve the restoration effect and aesthetic satisfaction of patients undergoing anterior teeth PFM crown restoration,improve patients'comfort score and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference.
