加味柴芍六君颗粒辅治对溃疡性结肠炎患者临床症状和炎症状态的影响

Effects of Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granule adjuvant therapy on clinical symptoms and inflammatory status in patients with ulcerative colitis

目的分析加味柴芍六君颗粒辅治对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者临床症状和炎症状态的影响。方法选择2016年4月—2018年12月本院收治的UC患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各49例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在此基础上予以加味柴芍六君颗粒辅治,治疗12周后比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和C反应蛋白(CRP)]及不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率为85.91%,明显高于对照组的67.35%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为6.12%和4.08%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味柴芍六君颗粒辅治应用于UC患者中可明显改善其临床症状及炎症状态,且安全可靠,值得在临床推广实践。

Objective To analyze the effects of Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granule adjuvant therapy on clinical symptoms and inflammatory status in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 98 patients with UC,got therapy in our hospital during April 2016 and December 2018,were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment,and observation group was given Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granule adjuvant therapy on the basis of this treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(85.91%vs 67.35%),P<0.05.The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were 6.12% and 4.08%respectively,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granule adjuvant therapy for UC patients could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory status,and it is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion and practice.
