本科护理专业学生专业认同的潜在类别分析 被引量:4

Latent classification analysis of professional identity of undergraduate nursing students

摘要 目的了解本科护理专业学生专业认同的分类特点,以及不同社会人口学特征对潜在类别的影响。方法采用整群抽样的方法,于2017年9—11月对579名护生进行专业认同量表评分,从个体化的角度进行潜在类别分析,并分析各类别在不同性别、家庭所在地、有无兼职经验和不同类型本科有无差异。结果护生的专业认同可以分为3个潜在类别,分别为高认同-自主组(22.7%),低发展-消极组(41.0%)和低认同-反思组(36.3%)。3个类别在性别、不同类型本科的分布差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论护生的专业认同具有明显的分类特征,低发展-消极组注重同时改善护生对护理专业的片面认知和消极情绪,低认同-反思组以反思和感悟为主题的活动为主,促进对护士职业的欣赏和内化。 Objective To explore the characteristics of professional identity of undergraduate nursing students and the effects of different social-demographic characteristics on the latent classification.Methods From September to November 2017,579 nursing students were selected as study subjects by using cluster sampling method,the latent classification analysis was used to identify the professional identity,and cases were asked to complete the professional identity questionnaire.And the effect of gender,home location,part-time experience,and different types of college on the latent classification was analyzed.Results 3 latent classes of professional identity were identified,including“high identity-autonomy group”(22.7%),“low development-negative group”(41.0%)and“low identity-reflection group”(36.3%).There were significant differences in gender and undergraduate types of the3 latent classes of professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusions Obvious grouping features of professional identity appeared.Unilateral cognition and negative emotion towards nurse profession need to be improved for low development-negative group,and activities with the theme of reflection and perception should be carried out for low identity-reflection group,so that improve the appreciation and internalization on the career.
