摘要
为了将无网络通信能力的低压电器设备连接到云端服务器,设计了一款以MQTT协议为核心的通信网关.该网关采用多种网络通信方式,集成多路RS485通信接口,能够将电器设备数据传输到阿里云物联网平台.该网关可以实现Modbus协议和DLT645协议到MQTT协议间的相互转换以及不同网络通信方式的切换.经测试,该网关通信能力稳定,在物联网数据传输方面具有一定的应用价值.
In order to connect low-voltage electrical equipment without network communication capability to cloud server, we designed a communication gateway based on MQTT protocol. The gateway uses a variety of network communication modes, integrates multiple RS485 communication interfaces, and can transmit electrical equipment data to Aliyun Io T platform. It realizes the conversion from Modbus protocol and DLT645 protocol to MQTT protocol, as well as the switching of different network communication modes. The test results show that the gateway has stable communication capability and has certain application value in data transmission of IoT.
