澳珠都市圈水资源保障体系规划与实施解读

Planning and Implementation of Water Resources Security System in Macao-Zhuhai Metropolitan Area

通过对澳门珠海都市圈水资源特点的分析,阐明沿海城市水资源保障体系规划要素,结合对澳门、珠海都市圈水资源保障体系历次规划的解读及其实施的回顾对比,说明一个切合实际、具有较好的可操作性的工程规划对支撑城市发展的作用。总结了沿海地区城市给水工程专项规划的编制要点,对沿海地区水资源受咸潮影响的城市具有一定的参考价值;对照《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》中对澳门珠海都市圈科学建立水资源保障体系的要求在城市给水规划层面给予了回应。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of water resources in Macao-Zhuhai metropolitan area,this paper expounded the planning elements of water resources security system of coastal cities.Combining with the interpretation of previous plans of water resources security system in Macao-Zhuhai metropolitan area and the retrospect and comparison of its implementation,it illustrated the role of a practical and operable engineering plan in supporting urban development,and summed up the effect of supporting the development of coastal cities.The compilation key points of special water project planning had certain reference value for cities where water resources were affected by salty tide in coastal areas.The paper responded to the requirement of establishing water resources security system in Macao-Zhuhai metropolitan area in the light of the Outline of Development Planning of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.
