摘要
为支持进行科学高效的民用航空器搜寻作业指挥,构建了搜寻作业辅助决策指挥平台。分析了民用航空器搜寻作业的特点,确定平台研发的功能目标和体系结构。研究平台研发中面临的关键技术问题,如基于搜寻基准点、基于搜寻基准线和基于搜寻基准区域的航空器概率型失事区域初始预测方法,以及考虑搜寻区域特征和设备能力的搜寻作业任务规划。以某民用航空器的搜寻仿真为例展示了该平台的功能。
In order to conduct the aircraft search effectively,a decision-making support platform is constructed.The characteristic of aircraft search work is analyzed,and the function object and architecture is designed.Some key technologies are investigated,such as probabilistic crash area prediction based on search base point,base line or area,and also the search work planning considering crash area and equipment feature.The function of the platform in demonstrated based on a simulated aircraft search example.
