废弃固体颗粒混凝土梁抗剪性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,废弃材料污染也愈加严重,本实验主要目的在于充分利用废弃固体材料,将废弃固体颗粒作为建筑材料混入混凝土中制备混凝土构件,减少污染。为了确定合适的废弃固体颗粒混凝土的配合比,试验按不同体积取代率制作了16根混凝土梁试件进行斜截面抗剪试验。结果表明:废橡胶掺入量是影响混凝土构件抗剪强度的主要因素,废橡胶与废玻璃体积取代率均为20%的混凝土构件的抗剪强度较高。 With the rapid development of China's economy,the pollution of waste materials is becoming more and more serious.The main purpose of this experiment is to make full use of waste solid materials,prepare concrete components by mixing waste solid particles into concrete as building materials,and reduce pollution.In order to determine the appropriate mix proportion of waste solid particle concrete,six concrete beam specimens were made according to different volume replacement rates for the inclined section shear test.The results show that the incorporation of waste rubber is the main factor affecting the shear strength of concrete components,and the shear strength of concrete components with the volume replacement ratio of waste rubber and waste glass both being 20%is higher.
