脾多肽在局部晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤同步放射化学治疗中的作用

Efficacy of Lienal Polypeptide Injections with Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy for Locally Advanced Head and Neck Cancer

摘要 目的观察脾多肽联合同步放射化学治疗(简称放化疗)对局部晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法将86例局部晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=40)。2组患者均行同步放化疗,观察组同时联合应用脾多肽。评价全部患者的疗效、相关反应以及免疫情况。结果 86例患者均完成治疗,观察组和对照组的近期有效率分别为84.8%和80.0%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.340,P> 0.05);不良反应方面,观察组骨髓抑制及感染发生率明显好于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05);放疗后观察组的免疫功能优于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论在局部晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤同步放化疗过程中联合应用脾多肽,可减轻放化疗不良反应,改善患者的免疫功能,且不影响治疗效果。 Objective To assess clinical curative effects and adverse effects of lienal polypeptide injections with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced head and neck cancer. Methods Eighty-six patients with locally advanced head and neck cancer were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 46) or the control group(n = 40). All 86 patients received chemoradiotherapy,and the lienal polypeptide was concurrently injected in patients in the observation group. Clinical curative effects,adverse effects,and immune function were evaluated 2 months after radiotherapy. Results All eighty-six patients completed the study treatments. There was no significant difference in the short-term effectiveness rates between the observation and control groups(84.8% vs 80.0%,χ2=0.340,P > 0. 05). Regarding adverse effects,the incidence rates of hematology toxicity and infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Immune function was better in the observation group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Lienal polypeptide injections administered with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced head and neck cancer can reduce potential adverse effects and improve immune function,and they do not affect curative effects.
