城市历史文化街区的保护改造探究

历史文化街区是一个地方发展变化的见证,是重要的物质文化遗产。目前,历史文化街区存在着基础设施条件差、环境脏乱、保护不力或者开发过度等一系列问题。针对出现的问题,提出了基于历史文化街区保护、开发的有效策略。

The historical and cultural district is a witness to the development of the locality and an important material cultural heritage. At present,historical and cultural blocks have a series of problems such as poor infrastructure,dirty environment,poor protection or over-development.In view of the problems,this paper proposes an effective strategy based on the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks.
